Following your instinct and taking risks

In this episode I had a lovely chat with Nicola from the Outspoke Beauty Podcast, talking all things risk-taking and following your real passions in life. Up until very recently, I was in the world of beauty PR but deep down - I always knew that I had a passion for reflexology. I trained extensively in my spare time but it was only fairly recently that I mustered the courage leave a secure job and finally start my own business.

Nicola and I talk about following your instinct, taking risks and following your passion and I hope that we can inspire you and help you to realise that if you have always wanted to do something, it IS possible.
