I specialise in bespoke intuitive healing treatments through advanced facial, cranial, hand and foot reflexology, each thoughtfully tailored to support your individual needs. Foot Reflexology

This ultra relaxing treatment applies focused pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, each corresponding to vital organs, systems, and energy pathways within the body. It enhances circulation, relieves tension, strengthens the immune system, balances hormones, and promotes deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Cranial Reflexology

A gentle yet powerful, transformative therapy that stimulates reflex points on the cranium (head) to encourage relaxation, release tension, and restore internal balance. This calming treatment supports the body’s natural healing through enhanced circulation and the release of fascia and cerebral fluids. Particularly beneficial for stress, sleep, headaches, digestive issues, and emotional wellbeing - and especially nurturing for babies and children.

Advanced Facial Reflexology

This relaxing and intuitive face treatment combines energy healing, stimulation of key reflex points, use of a crystal wand tool on certain points and lymphatic drainage massage. A beautiful hot cloth cleanse prepares the skin for the luxurious nutrient-rich facial oil which is applied to enhance cell renewal, deeply hydrate, and soften fine lines and wrinkles. The unique and bespoke reflexology facial sequence leaves the mind, body and spirit feeling and looking lighter and brighter. 

Zone Face Lift 

Zone Face Lift is a deeply restorative holistic facial treatment designed to naturally lift, sculpt, and rejuvenate the face while nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Combining advanced facial massage, facial reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and specialist sculpting techniques with tools, this luxurious and deeply calming experience helps reduce puffiness, release held tension, improve skin tone, and restore natural radiance. Each bespoke, intuitive treatment works in harmony with the nervous system to encourage emotional balance, inner calm, and overall wellbeing - leaving you feeling lifted, renewed, and glowing from within.

Hand Reflexology

Offered as part of my combination treatments, hand reflexology is a gentle yet effective way to support relaxation and restore energetic balance. By stimulating specific reflex points on the hands - which correspond to different systems and organs within the body - this therapy can help calm the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and improve circulation.
