I specialise in bespoke intuitive healing treatments through advanced facial, cranial, hand and foot reflexology, each thoughtfully tailored to support your individual needs. My sessions are designed to help release stagnant energy and stored emotion, restore balance, and reconnect you to your natural state of well-being.

In addition to standalone treatments, I offer unique combination sessions that work across two or more areas of the body. These deeply harmonising treatments can be especially powerful in facilitating emotional release, energetic alignment, and holistic healing.

Foot Reflexology

This gentle yet powerful treatment applies focused pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, each corresponding to vital organs, systems, and energy pathways within the body. It enhances circulation, relieves tension, strengthens the immune system, balances hormones, and promotes deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Advanced Facial Reflexology

A deeply relaxing and intuitive face treatment that combines energy healing, stimulation of key reflex points, use of a crystal wand tool, and lymphatic drainage massage. Often described as a “spiritual face-lift like no other” a luxurious blend of nutrient-rich facial oils are used which is also designed to enhance cell renewal, deeply hydrate, and soften fine lines and wrinkles. 

Cranial Reflexology

A deeply calming, transformative therapy that stimulates reflex points on the cranium (head) to encourage relaxation, release tension, and restore internal balance. This treatment supports the body’s natural healing through enhanced circulation and the release of fascia and cerebral fluids. Particularly beneficial for stress, sleep, headaches, digestive issues, and emotional wellbeing - and especially nurturing for babies and children.

Hand Reflexology

Offered as part of my combination treatments, hand reflexology is a gentle yet effective way to support relaxation and restore energetic balance. By stimulating specific reflex points on the hands - which correspond to different systems and organs within the body - this therapy can help calm the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and improve circulation.
